Yes. Every phone we sell is UK-certified refurbished, fully tested, factory reset and graded for cosmetic condition before listing.

How long is the warranty?

Every refurbished phone, watch and tablet comes with a 12-month FAB Traders warranty covering hardware faults. Cases and straps have a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

Do you ship across the UK?

Yes, we ship UK-wide from Rainham, England. Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day.

Shipping is free on orders over £50. Orders under £50 have a flat £4.99 tracked delivery charge.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day no-quibble returns policy. The item must be returned in the condition it was received. Returns are free for UK customers.

Our checkout currently takes your order and delivery details and we confirm payment instructions directly with you. We accept UK bank transfer for now and are adding card payments soon.

Are the phones unlocked?

Yes, all our phones are unlocked and work with any UK network including EE, O2, Vodafone, Three and their MVNOs.

What does "battery health" mean?

Battery health is the maximum capacity of the battery compared to when it was new. All our iPhones ship with at least 85% battery health; many have higher.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once dispatched you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your parcel from our warehouse to your door.
